Meeting and accompanying a passenger on your behalf

An employee of the airport will meet the passenger with a sign bearing the passenger’s name in any convenient place: on the P2 car park, on the terminal forecourt, in the Aeroexpress terminal or in the check-in area. Upon receiving the boarding pass, the personal attendant will provide all the required information about the status of the flight, accompany the passenger to passport control booths and assist with going through the preflight inspection. Upon passing the preflight formalities, the airport employee will accompany the passenger to the gate.

The passenger needs to arrive at the airport no later than:

• 1 hour 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the domestic flight;
• 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the international flight.

*Please be advised that it is recommended to arrive at the airport 2 hours 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight, should you travel with a pet or have weapons in your luggage.

The service is available for passengers travelling on domestic and international flights of over 18 years old and is provided no earlier than the start of the check-in for the flight.

Kids up to 2 years of age are serviced free of charge.
