Any baggage claim is considered to be the end of the service provided.

Storage rules
The weight of one piece of baggage should not exceed 30 kg.
Accepted for storage:Items in any packaging that ensures their safety, excluding free access to the contents, damage and contamination of other customers' belongings and storage equipment.
Glass and other fragile items are accepted only in hard packaging with the notice: "carefully glass."
Food products are accepted for storage only in packaging. The administration is not responsible for their natural damage.
Not accepted for storage:
Explosive, flammable, flammable and sharply smelling substances; weapons; animals; documents, money, jewelry.
Baggage claim:
Upon receipt of things from the left-luggage office, it is necessary to present the token, a receipt for payment, and give your last name. If the customer loses the tag, things are issued on the basis of customer’s application upon presentation of documents and evidence of owning claimed belongings.
Baggage claim from the left-luggage office is out of turn.
Upon receipt of things from the left-luggage office for temporary use, the right to further storage ceases. To hand things over again, re-clearance is required.
Items not claimed by the owner within 30 days from the date of acceptance for storage are considered unclaimed and sold in the prescribed manner (Article 899 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, clause 2).
