Services of the Lounge
- A VIP passenger will be met and accompanied by an airport employee (both for departures and arrivals)
- There is a special VIP entrance ( the route map)
- Check-in for the flight and baggage drop-off at specially designated desks
- Pre-flight inspection in the VIP Lounge (for domestic flights) *
- Personal transfer from the VIP lounge to the customs control area for departing passengers (international flights)
- Personal transfer from/to the aircraft for departing and arriving passengers**
- Help with luggage***
- Comfortable relax area
- Television, Internet access, a rich variety of print media
- Convenient co-working area with a wide range of office equipment

The departing passenger is advised to arrive at the airport no later than:
- 1 hour 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the domestic flight;
- 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the international flight;
- 2 hours 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight, should you travel with a pet or have weapons in your luggage or goods that need to be declared; please be sure to adjust your arrival time by 30 minutes.
Cancellation and alteration of the order is possible no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
