• check-in and baggage drop-off at dedicated desks;
• VIP passenger escort by VIP lounge agents;
• announcements inviting passengers to board their flights;
• delivery to/from the aircraft in a comfortable minibus, accompanied by airport agents;
• baggage delivery of departing passengers to the picking area / to the aircraft;
• VIP passenger meeting by VIP lounge agents with a sign «VIP» at the exit of the jetway*;
• baggage delivery of domestic arriving passengers to the VIP lounge
• baggage delivery of international arriving passengers to the common baggage claim area, if necessary with subsequent delivery of baggage to the VIP lounge;
