Claiming your baggage
You can claim your luggage in the baggage claim area upon arrival (domestic flights) or after going through passport control (international flights).
Your baggage will be on the baggage carousel
indicated on the information board.
Oversized baggage and strollers can be claimed in a dedicated sector of the baggage claim area. Follow the signs.

Your baggage / cabin baggage is missing?
When claiming baggage
check that the baggage tag number coincides with the number indicated
on the claim ticket.
For your convenience, free baggage carts are available in the domestic ans international arrivals areas.
BAGGAGE DELIVERY FROM THE AIRPORT
You can order luggage delivery from the airport to any convenient address and at a convenient time for you to travel light to your home, to a meeting, to a hotel or for a walk around Moscow.
To arrange baggage delivery from the airport upon arrival at Moscow Domodedovo Airport, contact the service desk in the baggage claim area.
Delivery Time:
Maximum delivery time is 6 hours from the moment of registration of the service. A baggage storage service is also available to passengers within 48 hours of the order.
You can choose a convenient two-hour interval for baggage delivery from the luggage room.
Baggage safety and security:
The airport staff fixes the integrity of the luggage, seals and packs the luggage. Shipping cost: The service price includes up to 2 pieces of luggage. Additional baggage delivery is charged separately. The shipping cost also depends on the delivery area.
