The assistance service will make it easy to go through pre-flight and post-flight procedures.
Service hours: around the clock.
Service can be purchased:

- at the information desk in the passenger terminal (Meeting Point).
This service is especially relevant for:
- unaccompanied children over 12 years old;
- passengers traveling with children;
- elderly passengers;
- passengers traveling for the first time.
What is included in the service?
DEPARTURE:
- passenger meeting in the terminal building at the information desk in the presence of a boarding pass;
- support at all stages of preflight control:
- when passing through transport security (in the departure sector)
- when passing through customs and border controls (if the flight is international)
- escort to the boarding gate (to the business lounge at the passenger's request)
- information support for the passenger during the escort process (waiting for boarding with the passenger is not provided).
ARRIVAL:
- meeting a passenger with a sign at the teletrap or at the entrance to the arrival area when disembarking from the bus (depends on the parking place of the aircraft)
- escort during border control (if the flight is international)
- escort to the baggage
- claim area escort during customs control (if the flight is international)
- escort to the exit of the airport complex (or other place in the passenger terminal building at the request of the passenger)
- information support of the passenger during the escort process.
TRANSFER:
- meeting a passenger with a sign at the teletrap or at the entrance to the arrival area when disembarking from the bus (depends on the aircraft parking place)
- escort during border control (if the flight is international)
- escort to the baggage
- claim area escort during customs control (if the flight is international)
- passenger and baggage check-in for the flight (if necessary)
- escort at all stages of preflight control:
- during the passage of transport security (in the departure sector)
- during the passage of customs and border controls (if the flight is international)
- escort to the boarding gate (to the business lounge at the passenger's request)
- information support for the passenger during the escort process (waiting for boarding with the passenger is not provided).
*When ordering additional options, recommended arrival time at the airport – no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. In case of non-compliance with the recommended time interval, Domodedovo Airport has the right to refuse to provide services.

* When submitting a one-time application for a group of passengers departing / arriving on the same flight and arriving at a single time at the airport, a discount of 50% is given for each next passenger in the group.
MEETING AND ESCORTING AN UNACCOMPANIED MINOR PASSENGER (MAAS UM)
The service of accompanying a minor passenger will allow parents not to worry about the safety of the child at the airport before departure or after arrival. The airport staff will take care of your child, will help you pass pre-flight and post-flight procedures.

The service is provided to passengers from 12 to 18 years old
Information for parents/legal representatives of unaccompanied minor passengers
A minor child aged 12 to 18 years who has applied independently is not accepted for service.
In order to arrange a meeting and escort of a minor child, the parent/legal representative must necessarily have an identity document with him.
The services "Meeting and escorting a transit passenger (MAAS transit)" and "Escorting a passenger on the forecourt" do not apply to this category of passengers.
What is included in the service?
MEETING AND ESCORTING UNACCOMPANIED MINOR PASSENGERS ON DEPARTURE:
- the service is provided 1 hour before the expected departure time of the flight
- an unaccompanied passenger is accepted for escort from a parent / legal representative upon presentation of a boarding pass
- The full name of the parent / legal representative transferring the unaccompanied passenger must match the full name indicated in the application for the provision of the service
- The parent / legal representative must be at the airport before the actual departure of the aircraft*
- The unaccompanied passenger is accompanied to the aircraft and the fact of boarding the aircraft is monitored.

if the aircraft is installed in a remote parking lot, the minor passenger is delivered on a separate vehicle to the aircraft
- when the flight is delayed, the airport employee stays with the unaccompanied passenger for 1 hour on a domestic flight and for 2 hours on an international flight. If these time intervals are exceeded, the unaccompanied passenger is transferred to parents / legal representatives for the duration of the flight delay*.
MEETING AND ESCORTING UNACCOMPANIED PASSENGERS ON ARRIVAL:
- an unaccompanied passenger is met with a sign at the teletrap or on board the aircraft (depends on the aircraft parking place)

if the aircraft is installed in a remote parking lot, the unaccompanied passenger is delivered in a separate vehicle from the aircraft
- the accompanying person transfers the minor passenger to the person meeting in the arrival area of domestic / international flights
- The name of the greeter must match the name of the greeter indicated in the application for the transfer of an unaccompanied passenger
- the duration of the service is -1 hour from the moment the aircraft lands*.
* In case of late arrival / absence of the parent / legal representative and after 1 hour from the moment the aircraft landing, the airport employee transfers the unaccompanied minor passenger to the Police office of DOMODEDOVO Airport.

The 'Help with Seeing Off’ Service
includes meeting and accompanying a passenger who the service has been pre-ordered for by the accompanying person or any third person (instead of the passenger)
An employee of the airport will:
- meet the passenger at the ‘Information Desk’ (Meeting Point) or check-in desks assigned to the flight;
- accompanies the passenger to the transport security area;
- accompanies the passenger to the customs control area, where the passenger independently chooses the ‘green’/’red’ channel to go through the customs control procedures (in case of an international flight);
- accompanies the passenger to the border control area, where the passenger goes through passport control procedures on equal basis (in case of an international flight);
- accompanies the passenger to the gate assigned to the flight or a business lounge (at the passenger’s request);
- provides the passenger information support along the entire route.
The 'Help with Seeing Off’ Service is provided to a departing passenger:
- who has checked in for the flight and received a boarding pass (whether electronically or as a printed version);
- no later than 1 hour before the planned departure time of the flight;
- subject to the passenger having a paid Order.

Cancellation and alteration of the Order
- if an order is cancelled less than 2 hours before the planned departure time – the prepaid amount is not subject to a refund;
- if the departing passenger has not shown up to claim the service - the prepaid amount is not subject to a refund;
- alteration of the order less than 2 hours before the planned departure time of the flight is considered as a cancellation of the old order.
The ‘Help with Meeting & Greeting’ Service
includes meeting and accompanying a passenger who the service has been pre-ordered for by the accompanying person or any third person (instead of the passenger) at the airport.
An employee of the airport:
- meets the passenger with a sign at the exit from the boarding bridge, if the aircraft is positioned onto a contact stand, or at the entrance to the arrivals area after getting off from the bus, if the aircraft is not positioned onto a contact stand;
- accompanies the passenger to the border control area for the passenger to go through passport control procedures on equal basis (in case of an international flight);
- accompanies the passenger to the baggage claim area for the passenger to reclaim his/her luggage from the carousel;
- accompanies the passenger to the customs control area, where the passenger independently chooses the ‘green’/’red’ channel to go through the customs control procedures (in case of an international flight);
- accompanies the passenger to the exit from the passenger terminal or any other place inside the passenger terminal at the passenger’s request;
- provides the passenger information support along the entire route.
The ‘Help with Meeting & Greeting’ Service is provided to an arriving passenger, subject to the passenger having a paid Order.

- accompanies the passenger to the border control area for the passenger to go through passport control procedures on equal basis (in case of an international flight);
- accompanies the passenger to the Baggage Claim for the passenger to reclaim his/her luggage from the carousel;
- accompanies the passenger to the customs control area, where the passenger independently chooses the ‘green’/’red’ channel to go through the customs control procedures (in case of an international flight);
- accompanies the passenger to the exit from the passenger terminal or any other place inside the passenger terminal at the passenger’s request;
- provides the passenger information support along the entire route.
The “Meeting &Greeting Instead of You” Service Service is provided to an arriving passenger, subject to him/her having a paid Order.
