Is online check-in available to groups of passengers?
Online check-in is only available to groups of up to 9 passengers on same reservation (excluding children), if none of the passengers requires special assistance. Groups of 10 or more passengers need to check in at the airport.
Can I use online check-in if I need special assistance (e.g. unaccompanied minor, reduced mobility passenger in a wheelchair, etc.)?
In this case, we ask you to check in at the airport.
How should I enter my name?
Make sure you enter your name exactly as it appears in your e-ticket or paper ticket. Enter your first and last name using Latin letters in the appropriate fields.
What is e-ticket number?
It is a 13-digit number usually indicated in your e-ticket.

What is passenger name record (PNR)?
It is 5-or 6-digit alphanumeric code assigned at reservation and indicated in your e-ticket or paper ticket; also referred to as reservation number, etc.

Can I use frequent flyer card of a different airline for identification at check-in?
Online check-in form supports only frequent flyer cards of the airline operating the flight you are checking in for.
Why there are so few airlines in the drop-down list?
At the moment, online check-in is only available for the flights operated by the airlines that appear on the list. Other airlines will be gradually added.
Why can't I choose a specific name on the "Select passengers" page during check-in?
A possible reason is that your e-ticket is not specified in the reservation. Try to check in as a passenger holding a paper ticket. If online check-in does not work for you, please contact your airline.
Can I use online check-in if I am traveling with a child?
Yes, provided that there is no more than one child per passenger.
I have a group reservation. How can I know who is checked in already?
On the "Select passengers" page, those passengers who are checked in already are displayed in light (gray) color, and those who are not checked in yet - in dark (black) color
Why are some of the passengers on the "Select passengers" page displayed in light (gray) color?
If the passenger's name is displayed in light (gray) color, this means that the passenger is checked in already.
If there are several connecting flights in my ticket, can I check in for all flights?
You can only check in for the flight departing from Moscow Domodedovo Airport.
Can I cancel check-in?
Check-in can be canceled until you have reached the "Confirmation" page. Once you have reached the "Confirmation" page, you are considered checked in. You can cancel check-in only at the airline's check-in desks at the airport. Check-in desk numbers can be found in your flight's live status form on the online flight information page, , or you can contact Moscow Domodedovo Airport's helpdesk at +7 495 933-66-66.
Can I change seats?
Selected seats can be changed at any time until you have reached the "Confirmation" page. When the boarding pass has been printed, changing your seat is only possible at the airline's check-in desk at the airport.
Why can't I change my seat?
A possible reason is that you doing online check-in for the second time, or you have reserved a child seat, or the seat of your choice was already reserved when you clicked on "Continue".
Can I add my frequent flyer card to earn miles?
Yes, click on "Edit" on the "Confirmation" page.
Why do I need to fill in APIS data (Advance Passenger Information System)?
APIS is a system for collection and transmission of additional passenger information, such as country of residence, citizenship, etc. This information is shared with the authorities of the destination country.
I have entered all the required APIS details. What should I do next?
After entering the APIS details of all the passengers you have selected for check-in, click on "Continue" on the final APIS page to complete the check-in process.
How can I print out my boarding pass?
When you click on the link "Click here to print your boarding pass(es)", the boarding pass in PDF format on A4 paper will be displayed. Use the printer icon to print the boarding pass.
Can I save the boarding pass in A4 format?
Yes, Adobe Acrobat Reader allows this, and you can save it as a separate file.
Can I print the boarding pass again later?
Yes, if you have saved a copy in PDF format, or if you are checking in again. However, if you decide to check in again, you will not be able to change your seat or update your APIS details and your boarding pass will be marked as a duplicate.
Can I go through pre-flight procedures using electronic boarding pass?
Yes, if you use an electronic boarding pass,
present the QR code * on any electronic device (smartphone, tablet) to the transportation security officer at the entrance to the pre-flight inspection area or scan the QR code yourself when passing through the turnstile.
You will also need to scan the QR code of the boarding pass on the turnstile at the entrance to the customs and border control zone.
* Do not photograph the QR code of the electronic boarding pass from the computer screen, it will not be read by scanner.
What should I do after check-in?
After successful check-in, you need to print your boarding pass and arrive at the airport to check in your baggage (if any) not later than 40 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. Then proceed to the boarding gate of your flight. You will find your gate number in your boarding pass. Boarding closes 25 minutes before scheduled departure time.
What happens if I do not board the flight I am checked in for?
