DNK FOOD HAS LAUNCHED ITS ONW BREWERY AT DOMODEDOVO AIRPORT
Moscow Domodedovo Airport, together with Vostok LLC - a partner of ‘DNK Food’ restaurant alliance, has implemented a unique restaurant project with its own brewery. For the first time in Russia, brewing production is located directly in the airport terminal.
This new kid on the block and unique point of attraction is centered around the concept of an "open kitchen“ – or rather "open production". Visitors can watch the beer making process, as the production site is separated from the restaurant hall only by a transparent partition.
“Initially, the project was inspired by the example of a brewery restaurant at Munich Airport, which I happened to visit a few years ago," says Vladislav Doroshenko, a partner at ‘DNK Food’. “I immediately got an urge to do something similar in my homeland. I am very glad that the idea has found understanding and support among the management of Domodedovo Airport. As a result, we have created a restaurant yet unrivalled in Russia.”
