‘IrAero’ and Domodedovo: 14 years of route network development
Domodedovo Airport celebrates 14 years of cooperation with ‘IrAero’, a reliable partner whose flight programme consistently contributes to the expansion of air traffic.
The first flight of IrAero to Domodedovo was performed in 2011. Since then, the airline has completed more than 13,000 flights and transported over 1.2 million passengers. Over the years of partnership, the airport and the carrier have managed to build a stable model of interaction that ensures fast introduction of new routes and optimal adaptation of schedules to demand.
Throughout the summer season 2025, ‘IrAero’ will operate flights from Domodedovo Airport to Kyzyl and Baku, as well as charter flights to Mersin. The fleet engaged for the said destinations is based on Sukhoi Superjet 100-95 planes, with Airbus A319 aircraft also in operation.
Domodedovo Airport would like to thank ‘IrAero’ for its professional approach, reliability and significant contribution to the development of the airport’s route network. The 14th anniversary of the cooperation reflects a solid operational foundation, readiness and willingness for further development.
